Dear Mike,
 
As you can see, I took a bunch of pictures and couldn't decide what to send - so I sent all of them.  I tried to get something from every angle in order to adequately display the amazing work that was done here.  I sometimes find myself just standing in one spot of my kitchen looking around, taking it all in.  I can honestly say that there is nothing I would have done differently, and no one that I would have rather worked with on this project.  Every member of the Davidson & Neally team - Jack, Jeff, Patrick, and of course, you - impressed me with their professionalism, punctuality, communication, and concern for the quality of their work.  You were also friendly, easy-going and fun to be around (although we mostly tried to stay out of your way - it was nothing personal!)
 
As a project and property manager for a large real estate developer, my husband is very aware of the importance of working with a reliable, quality-oriented contractor.  From the time we started talking about remodeling our home, he began to enlighten me as to all the things that could possibly go wrong and how challenging it could be to live through the remodeling process.  In fact, many people reacted negatively when I mentioned I was going to remodel, especially people who had been through it.  I heard all the worst case scenarios and problems that actually happened to others.  None of these stories changed my mind about moving forward, and I truly believed it was just a matter of finding the right people to do the job.  It turns out I was right, and that Davidson & Neally were definitely the right people.  Both my husband and I were continually impressed throughout the process with how smoothly and quickly things were getting done.  Any problems that we encountered were minor and were completely taken care of as quickly as possible.
 
I believe that strong communication was the key to the success of our remodeling.  I was always well-informed of the schedule, kept up to date on any changes, and always able to easily reach you or Jack (though I rarely needed to, since one of you were either here or called me daily).  I was also very impressed with your working relationship with the people at Koopman's.  Brian and Faith were extremely helpful to me in the design process, and I can truly appreciate the mutual respect that exists among you.  I have to give a special mention to Ken, whose skills amazed me, from cabinet installation to custom-built shelving and even a complete staircase makeover.  He is yet another example of the quality people that you bring to a job.
 
Needless to say, we are thrilled with the finished product.  My friends and family have been astounded to come into our home and see a complete transformation that was so beautifully done.  I would (and already have) recommend Davidson & Neally to anyone who is looking to have quality work done in their home and would like to deal with honest, straightforward, hardworking people.  It was a pleasure woking with you and your whole team and my husband and I both thank you for a job exceptionally well done.
