Mike Davidson brings over thirty years of experience in the construction industry to his role as general contractor and customer service manager for Davidson and Nealley. During this time, Mike has helped over 350 families and individuals build or remodel their dream home.

He is a state licensed contractor with a specialization in home improvements. His wide range of experience with construction process is shared with the specialized team of contractors that he employees. Mike is the "go to" person who manages all the necessary moving parts to a building site like a conductor of a musical symphony. He not only knows what needs to be done, but more importantly, how to get it done, on time and on budget.

Mike is a life long resident of Upton, Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports, fishing and hunting. He is married and has four children.

Jack Nealley is the President and CEO of Davidson and Nealley Construction, Inc. which he co-founded along with Michael Davidson in 1986. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Jack's main focus is managing day to day operations for the customer specializing in on site customer service.

Jack holds a state supervisor license for home improvements and he is the construction supervisor for the majority of Davidson Nealley's building or renovations.

In his free time Jack enjoys outdoor sports such as hunting and fishing. He is married with children and lives in Upton, Massachusetts.

Jeffrey Teachout has worked in the construction field for over ten years and has been part of the Davidson and Nealley Construction team for five years. He is an integral part of the management team responsible for site management.Jeffrey holds aaa degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester State College and holds fifteen U.S. patents in product and mechanical design.Jeff along with his fiance Cindy, are lifelong residents of Upton. He is an avid outdoors man and enjoys hunting and fishing.
